Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell digital products.

2. Products & Licensing

  • All patterns sold on Nordic Seam are digital PDF downloads – no physical items will be shipped.
  • When you purchase a pattern, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the pattern for personal sewing projects.
  • You may NOT:
    • Share, resell, or distribute the pattern files (paid or free).
    • Use our patterns for mass production, manufacturing, or resale.
    • Claim our patterns as your own design.

Violating these terms may result in legal action for copyright infringement.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Danish Krone (DKK) or USD, depending on your location.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other authorized providers.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the download link is provided, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
  • Exceptions may apply in the following cases:
    • Duplicate purchases (accidental double payment).
    • Technical issues (e.g., corrupted file, missing download link).
    • Accidental purchase before downloading.
  • By purchasing a digital product, you agree to waive your right to a refund in accordance with EU consumer protection laws for digital content (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee that our patterns will fit every individual perfectly – adjustments may be required.
