Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is made and the download link is provided, the product cannot be returned or refunded.
However, we may issue refunds in the following cases:
- Duplicate purchases (accidental double payment)
- Technical issues (e.g., corrupt file, missing download link)
- Accidental purchase before download
