At Nordic Seam, all our sewing patterns are digital products, which means there is no physical shipping.
Once you complete your purchase, you will immediately receive a digital download link for your pattern.
1. How Digital Delivery Works
- After checkout, you will receive an email with a download link to access your purchased sewing pattern(s).
- You can also download your pattern from your Nordic Seam account (if you created one at checkout).
- Files are provided in PDF format and can be printed at home or at a print shop.
2. What to Do If You Don't Receive Your Download
If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes after purchase:
- Check your spam/junk folder – Sometimes, emails may be filtered.
- Verify your email address – Ensure you entered the correct email at checkout.
- Still no download? Contact us at support@nordicseam.com – We’re happy to help!
3. No Physical Shipping
Since our products are digital downloads, there is no shipping cost and no physical delivery.

4. Refund & Exchange Policy for Digital Downloads
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a pattern has been downloaded.
- If you experience technical issues (e.g., a corrupted file), please contact us at support@nordicseam.com, and we will assist you.
