Measuring your bustStart by standing up straight and wearing a well-fitting bra. Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, making sure the tape is straight and parallel to the floor, and not too tight.

Measuring your waistYour waist is the narrowest part of your torso, which is usually located just above your belly button. Wrap the measuring tape around your waist, making sure it snug but not too tight, and parallel to the floor.

Measuring your hipsYour hips are the widest part of your lower body, which is usually located around your hip bones. Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips, making sure the tape is straight and parallel to the floor, and not too tight.

Once you have your measurements, refer to the size chart to determine which size to cut. It is always better to choose a size slightly larger than your measurements if you are between sizes.
